The role involves overseeing and managing multiple corporate secretarial clients' portfolios, including offshore companies. Key responsibilities include managing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, preparing and reviewing documents to ensure compliance with government authorities and statutory requirements, coordinating Board Meetings, Audit and Risk Meetings, and Annual General Meetings for clients' companies, and liaising with the Finance department on billing matters.
- Possess a minimum Diploma from a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, handling client portfolio, including offshore companies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for effective client engagement.
