Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to lead the development and implementation of our corporate secretarial practice. This is a senior leadership position with a clear path to growth and responsibility.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best-practice procedures for corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Oversee statutory filings with regulatory authorities and ensure timely execution of all statutory requirements.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and provide expert advice on matters of corporate governance and compliance.
  • Foster client relationships and contribute to business growth through identification of new opportunities and development of service offerings.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of corporate secretarial professionals to set high standards for quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • A SAICSA/CSIS qualified Chartered Secretary or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in a corporate secretarial role within a professional services firm or corporate service provider.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and BizFile+.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to manage P&L, contribute to business strategy, and provide sound advice to clients.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and ability to operate with autonomy.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term client relationships.
