Job Title: Floor Surface Specialist

To ensure the success of our projects, we are seeking a highly skilled Floor Surface Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality floor surfaces that meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Measuring and calculating the area to be tiled or marbled to determine stock requirements accurately.
  • Providing detailed measurements and quotes for each project, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer needs.
  • Ordering necessary supplies and equipment in a timely manner to avoid delays.
  • Cutting and shaping tiles or marble to precise specifications.
  • Preparing and levelling the surface area for optimal tile adhesion.
  • Applying tiling cement and arranging tiles or marble according to design plans, ensuring even spacing and alignment.
  • Sealing gaps with grout and completing final inspections to guarantee a high-quality finish.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the installation process.
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and solving problems as they arise.
