Flooring Specialist

Install and maintain flooring surfaces with expertise. Ensure patterns are even and precise, aligning tiles using straightedges, levels, and squares.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cutting and shaping tiles to fit around obstacles and in tight corners using power and hand tools.
  • Preparing various surfaces for tiling by applying waterproo ng material or lath and cleaning the surfaces properly.
  • Creating decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
  • Tapping tiles into place carefully using tools to properly adhere tiles to the base, making sure not to break or damage tiles.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions (heat, cold, outdoors).
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Willingsness to work midnight shift.
  • No skin allergy to cement products.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to work in harsh environments.
  • Good quality control without compromising productivity.
  • Ability to read construction drawings.
