Job Opportunity: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced flooring specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field. They must be able to work independently and have excellent attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Calculate tile requirements for specific areas
  • Cut tiles to size or shape using hand cutters or bench tools
  • Prepare surfaces by leveling with mortar, sand, or cement
  • Decorate and protect floors and walls with various tiles, including ceramic, clay, slate, marble, and glass
  • Fix tiles and apply grout for completion
  • Lay intricate mosaic tiles
Additional Tasks:
  • Lay tiles on walls and floors
  • Prepare substrates for laying tiles
  • Cutting and shaping tiles
  • Installing finishing materials
  • Ensuring an aesthetically pleasing finish
  • Complying with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in flooring
  • Able to work independently

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively when faced with challenging situations. They should also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
