Job Overview
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers to drive sales performance, productivity, and team morale. They will achieve individual sales targets while ensuring the team consistently meets monthly sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leverage leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of Relationship Managers to drive overall sales performance and productivity.
2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team achieves individual sales targets and consistently meets monthly sales objectives.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
4. Oversee the submission of accurate credit proposals and maintain compliance with company standards.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across the full sales cycle.
6. Stay updated with market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to capture them.
7. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to generate sustainable leads and partnerships.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, Mortgage, or Property Loans is required.
3. Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience in managing and coaching sales teams is essential.
4. A strong track record in achieving sales targets with a results-driven mindset is necessary.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to inspire and influence a sales team.
