Sales Performance Leader

">Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular workshops, develop training programs for sales staff, and provide training, evaluation, and coaching to ensure all sales personnel are well-equipped to meet performance targets.
  • Participate in the selection process of new sales staff, coach, and train them to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring that all content is updated to reflect the latest industry developments.
  • Ensure sales staff receive training on the manufacturer's Standardized Process for Customer Reception (SPC) and customer experience, and supervise the proper execution of these processes.
  • Attend industry conferences and trainer development programs organized by the Training Academy and report progress to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • BUILD strong external partnerships to achieve the company's training and certification objectives.
  • Attend and complete relevant training tasks as required; perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements

Education: Diploma or higher qualification.

Work Experience:

A solid understanding of the automotive industry, with at least two years of proven sales experience and outstanding sales performance.

Skills:

Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, customer-oriented mindset, and team management skills; basic training delivery/facilitation skills required.

Other Requirements:
