Job Title: Sales Performance Leader

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a strong technical background, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for driving sales growth on a portfolio of key accounts, developing customer intimacy, and aligning with other internal departments to meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning and being accountable for sales performance across a list of designated accounts.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to ensure continuous improvement in sales techniques and processes.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • A strong technical background (BSc. or MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in sales process, forecasting, and planning.
