Operations Supervisor
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily activities, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
* Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and transportation activities.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Requirements:
* 6 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in warehouse operations and 3 years in a supervisory position.
* Diploma or above in Logistics Management or equivalent.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Good leadership skills, ability to use systematic approach in decision-making, and exhibit good judgment and understanding of issues.
* Proven experience in Warehouse operations, transportation/logistics/supply chain management, and customer relationship management.
