Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the expansion of overseas full-warehouse asset operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management, logistics, and asset allocation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing objectives and plans to meet core KPIs such as rental income and occupancy rate. They will engage with corporate clients to understand their full-warehouse operation needs, provide customized solutions, and oversee the entire process from business negotiations and contract signing to post-lease maintenance.

The Operations Manager will also conduct research on the warehouse market in target overseas regions and compile analytical reports. They will take overall charge of space planning for overseas full warehouses, allocate areas by matching client needs with asset attributes to maximize space utilization and revenue.

Additionally, the Operations Manager will calculate the costs of overseas warehouse assets, estimate revenue, and formulate budgets. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.


Requirements:
  • Academic background in warehouse/logistics management, marketing, asset management, or related fields
  • At least 8 years of experience in warehouse asset operations, industrial property leasing, or logistics park operations
  • Prior experience in the establishment/operation of overseas warehouses is essential
  • Familiarity with warehouse industry regulations and legal clauses related to asset leasing
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
