As a warehouse operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of warehouse staff and ensuring seamless logistics management.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Warehouse Operations: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement Safety Procedures: Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance, with a focus on leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Requirements
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
  • At least one year prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
