'Warehouse Operations Leader'

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of goods.

  • Plan and execute overall warehouse schedules to meet targets on deliverables and timelines.
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, order selection, loading, and storage.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse associates to ensure timely completion of workload while maintaining productivity, accuracy, customer service, and a safe work environment.
  2. Monitor activities to control labor and supply costs.
  3. Ensure compliance with distribution procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Verify that all stock received and distributed is in good condition.
Requirements:

2 years of experience in Warehouse / Operation management

Able to manage manpower and work allocation.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office and Computer literate.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.

Result-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
