About the role
The Sales & Business Development executive is to focus on two key areas:
Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the sales plan to build corporate training, particularly executive education for B2C, B2B, and B2U leading to B2B.
Assisting with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining business/corporate strategic initiatives regionally.
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development executive to assist in business sales and growth.
He/She must have a good track record of achievements in the education line.
Responsibilities
Own and hit/exceed monthly company sales targets.
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales and business strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base (locally and overseas).
Present products to clients.
Job description
Achieve and manage individual sales targets.
Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
Promote, create, and achieve sales and marketing objectives by contributing to sales and business development efforts and providing recommendations to strategic plans.
Prepare and complete action plans; aim for product quality; maintain high levels of customer service; resolve problems; and identify trends.
Responsible for lead generation applications, monitor the lead pipeline, and provide weekly reports to the Manager, Sales/Business Development.
Work with managers on the business development budget and develop cost-effective sales plans.
Perform roadshows.
Conduct tele-sales and tele-calling.
Attend corporate meetings and exhibitions when required.
Work Experiences
Must have at least one year of experience in sales and business development.
Working Conditions
Must be prepared to work beyond normal working hours whenever required.
Must be prepared to travel overseas.
General Skills
Must possess exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be confident in public speaking and communicating both verbally and in writing.
Must be willing to challenge standard thinking with new ideas, approaches, and solutions.
Must have strong decision-making and project management skills.
