Job Description As A Sales & Business Development Executive:

As a Business Development Executive, you will collaborate with our Management and Business Development team to drive revenue growth, refine sales strategies, and expand market reach.

This role provides hands-on experience in sales prospecting, and strategic business development, offering exposure to real-world scenarios and mentorship from industry professionals.

  • Formulate and implement business development strategies aligned with revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.
  • Promote company services by addressing client objectives through tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities via research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessments.
  • Initiate and manage sales pipelines, including prospecting, lead generation, and coordinating client meetings.
  • Prepare legally compliant sales contracts and maintain meticulous records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
  • Deliver post-sales support to ensure client retention and foster long-term relationships with new and existing stakeholders.
