Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Event Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering world-class exhibitions and events. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and management of our annual Southeast Asia exhibition and other events.

Your primary focus will be on standardizing event logistical processes, working with internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage events, and evaluating and streamlining workflow to increase process consistency and effective resource utilization.

You will also partner with our HQ to ensure global expo operations standards and best practices, manage overall show operations' budgets, and develop and execute strategies for increasing attendee satisfaction based on client feedback.

  • Standardize all events and exposition logistical processes
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, produce and manage the annual Southeast Asia exhibition and other events
  • Evaluate, streamline, and standardize workflow to increase process consistency and effective use of resources
  • Partner with HQ to ensure global expo operations standards and best practices
  • Manage overall show operations' budgets- ensure show projects are completed within budget and meet the gross margin target
  • Develop and execute strategies for increasing attendees (exhibitors and visitors) satisfaction based on analyses of client satisfaction surveys

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Diploma/B.S./B.A. or equivalent working experience in a relevant field
  • Minimum five years proven experience working in an exhibition, conference, and/or event environment
  • 3+ years of product marketing and/or MICE sales role experience
  • Proficiency in computer and internet software skills such as MS Office, etc.
