Job Description:
A highly skilled professional is sought after to spearhead internal engagement initiatives and events at a global business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee communications, excellent project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

The role involves developing and executing a global employee engagement strategy, leading the planning and coordination of memorable internal events, creating innovative engagement programs, and collaborating across functions and geographies to align engagement activities with business priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring engagement metrics, managing relationships with suppliers and vendors, and anticipating potential risks and challenges in project delivery.

About You:
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in an internal or employee communications or relevant events role, ideally in a global business, is required. Proven track record designing and delivering events and engagement initiatives, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and strong project management and vendor management skills are essential. Additionally, the ability to work in high-pressure situations, deal with short deadlines, and drive outcomes in the best interest of the company is crucial. A sound understanding of technology solutions, systems, and tools needed to run events smoothly and professionally, as well as creativity, innovation, and quality, are also necessary.
