About the Client
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on and creative Marketing & Events Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives and high-impact events that engage internal and external stakeholders globally.
About the Role
In this global-facing role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing a 360° marketing and communications portfolio. You will work closely with sales consultants and marketing teams across multiple offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, America, and Europe), playing a key role in amplifying the company's global brand presence through impactful digital campaigns, strategic events, and relationship-building programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Integrated Marketing & Branding: Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing events, sponsorships, branding, digital presence, corporate gifting, and collaterals development.
- Event Strategy & Execution: Manage end-to-end event operations - from ideation and planning to vendor sourcing, negotiation, execution, and post-event reporting.
- Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Design and implement a global digital marketing plan to boost visibility and engagement with the target audience. Leverage digital tools and platforms to manage campaigns, track performance, and ensure strong ROI across both digital and traditional channels.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a combination of digital, traditional, and events marketing - preferably in high-touch sectors like insurance, finance, or luxury services.
- Proven track record in managing global or regional events and executing cross-border marketing campaigns.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for branding and design.
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing budgets and reporting in Excel.
- A confident communicator with strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and excited to take ownership in a fast-paced, global environment.
