**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and target audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media plans into broader campaigns.
- **Content Creation**:Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- **Platform Management**:Manage and administer various social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Regularly update profiles, monitor comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
- **Audience Engagement**:Foster and grow the company's social media community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner. Initiate and participate in discussions to drive engagement and build relationships.
- **Campaign Execution**:Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and collaborations to increase brand visibility and engagement. Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Use analytics tools to track progress, generate reports, and provide insights to refine strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stay informed about the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition and maximize results.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the content team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- **Paid Advertising**:Collaborate with the digital advertising team to plan and execute paid social media campaigns. Manage budgets, target audiences, ad creatives, and performance tracking.
- **Social Listening**:Monitor online conversations about the brand, industry, and competitors. Utilize social listening tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for engagement or content creation.
