Meeting and Event Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Meeting and Event Expert to join our growing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless events and exceeding client expectations.

About the Role

This is a 24/7 business, requiring flexibility, responsiveness, and forward thinking. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality events.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
    • Develop customized proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
    • Promote our services at industry events and trade shows.
  • Operations:
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Oversee event budgets, timelines, and deliverables under tight deadlines.
    • Provide on-call support during live events to troubleshoot any issues.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work across different time zones, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.

Job Details:

Contract length: 12 months.
