Regional Sales Director Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with strong regional experience to drive revenue growth, expand market share and lead a high-performing team across Singapore and the region.

The ideal candidate will have industry expertise in automotive parts and accessories with a proven track record of success in managing multi-market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide leadership mentorship and direction to the regional sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts distributors and partners.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across the region.
  • Oversee contract negotiations pricing strategies and sales policies.
  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and regional market dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with operations supply chain and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven regional sales leadership experience.
  • Strong background in the automotive parts and accessories industry wholesale/distribution experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-market sales operations.
  • Excellent leadership negotiation and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
