Job Description:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand market share across Singapore and the region. Your expertise in automotive parts and accessories will be invaluable in leading a high-performing team.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the regional sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across the region.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and sales policies.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven regional sales leadership experience.
  • Strong background in the automotive parts and accessories industry, wholesale/distribution experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-market sales operations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
