Job Title: Digital Marketing Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

  • Formulate and propose to senior management marketing and communication strategies that align with the company's overall corporate strategy.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality marketing content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging.

  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve future outcomes.

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.

  • Establish clear marketing goals and objectives, aligned with business performance and market forecasts.

  • Oversee current product offerings and develop initiatives for new products or services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, and competitor products to inform marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.

  • Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.

  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other service providers.

  • Represent the marketing department in important buyer meetings, providing expert knowledge and insight to drive business results.

  • Manage marketing budgets and develop cost-effective plans for each product or service.

  • Track and report on marketing and sales data, creating detailed written reports and verbal presentations for senior executives.

  • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and feedback.

  • Build relationships with external partners, such as publishers, to pursue publicity and promotional activities.

  • Play an active role in improving the development of customer databases.

  • Evaluate marketing-related material quotations and invoices, recommending optimal pricing and quality to higher management.

  • Maintain ideal working relationships with partner organisations, affiliates, government agencies, the press, reporters, media channels, and other PR audiences.

  • Assist the General Manager and higher-echelon managers with projects and assignments as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Expertise in media channels and client relationships.

  • Excellent creativity, adaptability, research, analysis, writing, public speaking, interpersonal communication.

  • Strong leadership, people management, and detail-oriented skills.

  • Well-versed in marketing budgeting and organisation.

  • Copywriting skills.

  • Computer-literate - Microsoft Office, Mac, and Windows OS.
