We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Advertising Services Lead to grow our marketing services in marketing and advertising transformation.

• Lead the CMO agenda to shape and execute next generation priorities across marketing and advertising, GenAI, technology, data.
• Be a thought leader in digital marketing, performance media, with deep understanding of the marketing and advertising value chain.
• Bring to market offerings in data-driven campaign and advertising through integrated media, marketing, data, and technology solutions, and win long term retainer accounts.
• Owning partner relationship to jointly go-to-market with key players like Google and Meta on GTM activities.
• Own pipeline and close deals, revenue KPI.
• Lead delivery and execution.
• Lead and groom Marketing Services team.

• Actively manages the business to deliver maximum value to us and to external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• More than 15 years in digital advertising and marketing, with at least half of that in leadership roles.
• Adept at synthesizing creative, media, data, technology.
• Experience in digital advertising value chain across adtech, data, performance media, measurement and optimization.
• Ability and experience in bringing new digital advertising solutions and services to grow media and marketing effectiveness.
• Experience working with digital advertising ecosystem players like Google and Meta.
• Experience in leading large global accounts.
