Job Title:

Transformation Project Leader

Our organization is seeking a Transformation Project Leader to lead our digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of digitalization strategies, oversee project execution, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digitalization Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with our overall vision and goals.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure digitalization initiatives meet their needs and expectations.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans for a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems.
  • Budgets & Forecasts: Support budget matters and assist with financial planning.
  • Digital Literacy: Promote digital literacy across the organization, providing training and support to employees.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives.
  • Metrics and Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure digitalization success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cash management, payment market infrastructure, and industry standards in APAC.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working with offshore teams and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Practice of SDLC and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
