**Job Title:** Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts in Japan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth, expand our digital presence, and establish us as a thought leader in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at generating new logos and upsell/cross-sell opportunities in Japan.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to expand reach and improve engagement through various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that drives traffic and converts leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapt our marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, ITaaS, AI, or Security.
  • Professional fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid search, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good stakeholder management and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
