This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Digital Marketing professional to take charge of our marketing efforts, driving lead generation and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies across various channels.

We're seeking a creative problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing who can make a significant impact on our business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing effective lead-generation campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing channels.
  • Utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel efficiently.
  • Creating targeted marketing strategies to attract and convert leads at different stages of the buyer's journey.

Campaign Management and Optimisation

  • Design and manage campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Create compelling and conversion-focused content landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analysis insights to refine campaigns, enhance conversion rates, and meet lead generation targets.

Content Creation and Optimisation

  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content tailored to target audiences to attract and convert potential leads.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance visibility and organic traffic.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage and optimize SEM campaigns to ensure high ROI and effective budget utilization.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other performance analyses to refine and improve marketing strategies.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on lead generation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
