This role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients through digital channels, social media, and professional networks. Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable product bundles or customized digital solutions will be crucial. You will also be required to effectively present and pitch our digital products to decision-makers and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create tailored proposals.Managing the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure and client onboarding, is an essential part of this role. Keeping detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities in the CRM system is necessary. Following up with clients post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings will help you position our solutions strategically in the market and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and prospect potential clients through digital outreach and professional networks.- Recommend appropriate product bundles or custom digital solutions based on client needs.- Present and pitch digital products effectively to decision-makers.- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create client-specific proposals.- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding clients.- Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities in the CRM.- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions strategically.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling digital marketing/web solutions or SaaS.- Strong understanding of digital products like websites, branding, automation tools, and social media marketing.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident presentation style.- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.- Goal-oriented with the ability to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, paid sick time, paid time off, and the opportunity to work from home.
