As a Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational support to production practices, including weekends and holidays. Your primary goal is to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and services.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* 2+ years of experience in application support roles with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Unix commands, Shell scripting, and SQL queries with knowledge of job scheduling, Kafka, and ActiveMQ being a significant plus.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
