Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated production support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional production support services to stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the availability and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch production support services to clients
• Manage application availability, incidents, problems, and capacity
• Resolve technical issues through thorough analysis and communication with teams
• Coordinate incident management, communicate within teams, and ensure timely resolutions
• Drive remediation efforts in line with agreed requirements
• Implement service improvements through automation and process refinement
• Ensure adherence to essential processes and contribute to defining standards
• Foster knowledge sharing, coaching, and continuous learning among team members
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business users
• Contribute to knowledge management best practices and collaborative teamwork
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve incidents and user queries efficiently

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Banking IT industry support with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Siebel CRM applications
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills with flexibility under multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work with urgency and successfully manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • L2/L3 support experience in high-availability/mission-critical environments
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodology

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with Distributed Technologies – Microsoft Dynamics CRM, MS SQL Server, Unix, MQ, Oracle
  • Strong working experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM application production support
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in Control-m batch issues, SSIS packages
  • Automation skills (Unix Shell scripting, Windows Batch scripting, or other scripting languages)
  • Hands-on experience in writing/debugging scripts, code, and database queries
  • Software Engineering & Change Management
  • Solid understanding and execution of DR & BCP
  • Good experience in Middleware MQ/BMC/Control-M/Remedy incident management tools
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents
