Overview Vibranium Holdings is launching a new professional services firm dedicated to providing exceptional accounting and corporate secretarial services. Our goal is to become a trusted partner to businesses in Singapore by offering reliable, accurate, and insightful financial solutions. We are seeking foundational partners to establish and lead this new subsidiary. This is a senior leadership role offering a direct path to partnership. We are looking for a technically proficient and commercially astute Accountant to establish and lead our accounting and tax compliance practice. You will be responsible for setting the standards of quality, building the operational infrastructure, and driving the growth of the accounting division. This role requires the ability to build a client-facing professional services firm from the ground up, establishing processes, client relationships, and a reputation for excellence. In recognition of this critical role, the position includes a significant equity stake in the new subsidiary. You will collaborate closely with the Vibranium Holdings’ leadership to build a successful and sustainable firm. Responsibilities Practice & Systems Development: Design and implement the firm\'s accounting framework, including standard operating procedures, client reporting standards, and the selection and management of cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks). Full-Spectrum Accounting & Advisory: Oversee the provision of comprehensive accounting services for a client portfolio, including financial statement preparation (SFRS), management reporting, and bookkeeping. Tax Compliance: Manage all corporate tax and GST matters for clients, ensuring timely and accurate filing with IRAS. This includes ECI, Form C/C-S preparation, and GST registration and reporting. Client Financial Strategy: Provide high-level financial advice to clients, assisting with budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning to support their business objectives. Business Development: Actively participate in the firm\'s growth by nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities for expanded services, and contributing to the overall business development strategy. Team Leadership & Development: As the division expands, take responsibility for hiring, managing, and developing a team of accounting professionals to ensure service quality and efficiency. Strategic & Operational Leadership: As a member of the core leadership team, play an active role in the strategic direction, financial management, and operational oversight of the subsidiary. Qualifications Qualifications: A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA) or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA) is essential. Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of post-qualification experience in a full-spectrum accounting role, ideally suited for a mid-career professional looking for a significant leadership opportunity. Significant experience within a public accounting or professional services environment in Singapore, with Big Four experience being a strong advantage. Proven track record of servicing a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs and MNCs. Technical Expertise: Strong command of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), corporate tax regulations, and GST laws. High proficiency with cloud accounting software is required. Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand clients\' business needs and translate financial data into actionable strategic insights. Leadership & Initiative: A proven track record of taking initiative, managing projects independently, and leading others. Client Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
