Your voice, ideas, and creativity matter here. Role Overview As a Junior Sous Chef , you'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations. You'll play a key role in menu execution, team supervision, and kitchen organisation , all while upholding our high standards of consistency and quality. Key Responsibilities Assist in menu planning , recipe development, and sourcing quality ingredients Prepare and cook Italian dishes to meet presentation and taste standards Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff Maintain kitchen efficiency and hygiene, following food safety standards Manage stock levels, inventory, and wastage Lead the kitchen during assigned shifts and resolve service challenges Uphold brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement Requirements 3+ years in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine preferred)Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Solid knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques & hygiene practices Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure Culinary certification/diploma preferred Willingness to work evenings, weekends & public holidays Immediate availability preferred What You’ll Gain A platform to grow and elevate your culinary career An environment where creativity and contribution are valued A passionate, supportive, high-performing team Competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to shape something new Ready to Join Us?Apply now with your updated resume via the “ Apply Now ” button.
