As a key player in our organization, you will be working closely with senior professionals in a client-facing capacity, gaining hands-on experience in investment execution and day-to-day relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support senior professionals and team leaders with client onboarding, documentation, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting materials, portfolio reports, and review packs.
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications (e.g. CMFAS Modules).
  • 2-4 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client-facing financial services.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional language(s) an advantage.

You will be expected to maintain high standards in administrative efficiency and documentation accuracy, while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
