Senior Client Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced senior client support professional to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and assistance to clients/patients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

The Role:
  • To serve as a primary point of contact for clients/patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a key member of the client services team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients/patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
