Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation to ensure all information is in order prior to opening new accounts, including individual, margin, SBL, corporate and estate accounts.
  • Perform data entry with precision, updating client onboarding information and static details into databases.
  • Manage clerical functions, scanning documents for upload and organizing files for secure storage.
  • Offer administrative support to team members as required, providing timely assistance and guidance.
  • Provide expert advice to colleagues on existing and new processes, ensuring a high level of quality service delivery.
