Client Onboarding Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Senior Associate to join our Client Onboarding team in Singapore. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and ensuring a smooth transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes.
- Engage with TRM counterparts to effect a seamless transition of PW solutions' life cycle from onboarding to TRM.
- Manage the end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust.
- Assist in preparing regular or ad-hoc Group or Regional business reports.
- Conduct ad hoc trainings to Shared Service Center.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Finance.
- STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage.
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience.
- Organized, meticulous, pro-active.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong relationship management skills.
- Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented.
- Knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime.
