Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows in alignment with business requirements.

  • Configure and update Discovery schedules to ensure reliable CI identification and population.
  • Enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Continuously improve the ServiceNow platform through iterative enhancements and performance tuning.
  • Customize form layouts, fields, and user interfaces to support data consistency and usability across modules.
  • Tailor and extend CAB Workbench functionality to support automated workflows and board operations.
  • Develop and maintain robust REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
  • Manage Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and automation scripts for operational efficiency.
  • Customize the Employee Center portal to improve branding and user engagement.
  • Design and publish reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation.
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors.
