ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations and possess deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformations, acting as a Solution Architect and managing business-as-usual (BAU) operations, including maintenance and upgrades.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of ServiceNow capabilities to meet organizational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations.
  • Deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM implementations.
  • Proficiency in REST integrations and e-Bonding integrations.
  • Knowledge of core Platform capabilities, including Automation workflows, Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Mobile Apps, and Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Software/Hardware Asset Management (SAM/HAM).
