ServiceNow Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our ServiceNow implementation. This role requires expertise in CMDB development, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.

  • Drive the development of accurate and complete CMDB data models.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow discovery tools to populate the CMDB automatically.
  • Integrate CMDB with other ServiceNow modules for enhanced functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Expert knowledge of CMDB principles, data modeling, and ITIL best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow discovery tools and strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, including configuration, customization, and integration. They will be responsible for driving the development of accurate and complete CMDB data models, configuring and customizing ServiceNow discovery tools, and integrating CMDB with other ServiceNow modules.
