- Main Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Oversee the CEO's schedule and manage their appointments and meetings.
- Screen incoming calls to the CEO and assist with making outgoing calls when required.
IT Support
- Liaise with IT vendors to ensure smooth internet connectivity and maintenance of equipment.
- Handle all IT equipment purchases and maintenance.
Office Management
- Arrange for regular pest control services.
- Manage courier services and office stationery supplies.
- Handle the printing of business cards and issuance of security cards.
- Manage meeting rooms and ensure they are tidy after each use.
- Set up video conferencing and projectors as required.
- Arrange for employee celebrations and customer gifts.
Equipment Maintenance
- Purchase office furniture and maintain office equipment.
- Ensure TV and sound systems are well-maintained.
- Manage utility issues and maintain photocopiers and pantry appliances.
- Manage mobile phones issued to sales staff.
Ongoing Tasks
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the CEO.
