Job Overview

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our Business Banking customer onboarding process. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our banking customers.

  • Develop and execute product strategies for onboarding, accounts, and payments.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve internal processes, work-flows, and hand-offs between teams to fast-track the process and reduce TAT.
  • Build, optimize, and re-iterate user journeys.
  • Work with the UI/UX team to generate wireframes based on agreed user journeys in line with finalized requirement documents.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Manage product pricing, fee structures, and customer campaigns to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior in the digital banking segment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
