Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Customer Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with new customers to set up their digital advertising journey for long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and commitment to customer success. You will act like an owner, move with velocity through change, finding innovative and strategic ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both the company and your customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a new customer portfolio to ensure successful onboarding and long-term growth.
- Deliver against assigned customer goals while providing an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers.
- Implement creative ways to improve customer relationships and provide strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, or digital marketing roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting.
- Ability to reach out proactively to customers/cold calling, helping customers to add value to their business.
