
Customer Onboarding Professional

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing seamless support to new customers and vendors from onboarding through post-sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and vendors, providing timely assistance and guidance as needed.
- Enquiry Handling: Respond to customer and vendor inquiries in a clear, concise, and professional manner, addressing all concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Operational Administration: Manage daily operations, administrative tasks, and business coordination efficiently, ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Master Data Management: Collect, update, and maintain accurate and up-to-date business-related master data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- SOP Documentation: Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs, documenting business flows and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education - ITE/Diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience - Preferably candidates with experience in sales, operations, or customer service, particularly in logistics or freight forwarding; fresh graduates with a strong eagerness to learn are also welcome to apply.
- Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage daily operations and administrative tasks efficiently, detail-oriented with the capability to collect and maintain accurate master data, organizational skills to support SOP documentation, and adaptability to handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
