Job Purpose: The Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will join the global email marketing team and support the ANZS (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore) market. This role is responsible for delivering email campaigns and channel strategies that increase customer value and support Vista’s business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the email schedule planning process for ANZS, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities while obsessing over our customers and creators. Plan & drive both financial & engagement deliverables for the channel, creating and optimising strategies with the Channel Marketing Manager. Own day-to-day campaign management, being the primary point of contact for the ANZS go-to-market and creative teams. Be the subject-matter-expert of the channel, providing information and answering questions. Conduct quality assurance checks on all email assets to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency. Manage the relationship with the Email Operations team, ensuring clear communication of campaign requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with global email planning & operations teams to execute comprehensive email marketing strategies. Design and implement A/B and multivariate test plans to elevate email performance. Produce weekly, monthly & ad hoc reports analysing key email metrics. Stay up to date with email marketing best practices to drive innovation. Support the Channel Marketing Manager in developing the channel strategy & executing growth initiatives. Essential Experience / Training: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in a Marketing field (digital/email marketing experience will be highly regarded). Demonstrated success in crafting and rolling out marketing strategies and campaigns. Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise & multitask. Ability to interpret and analyse data to drive insights & strategies. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and organized, with a talent for juggling multiple priorities. Understanding of email marketing fundamentals, such as segmentation and A/B testing techniques. A passion for tackling challenges and discovering innovative solutions. Experience utilizing reporting and analytics tools like Looker or Tableau. Aptitude for creative thinking and problem-solving. Experience in evaluating campaign creative and providing constructive feedback. Prior experience with JIRA, Trello or other project management tools.
