Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/IHRP/SHRM certification preferred).
At least 8 years of progressive HR experience , with
2+ years in HRBP/generalist role .
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law ; regional (Southeast Asia/APAC) exposure preferred.
Mandate: IHRP certification.
Prior experience in Data Center / Telecom industry
and setting up HR departments is highly desirable.
Fluent in English and Chinese (to support Chinese-speaking employees).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Proficient in HRIS and data-driven HR practices.
