Summary:
The role is to govern and run customer service operations of the key accounts within the APAC region. This includes the entire end-to-end order to cash cycle. This role will ensure active communication with the customer, ensuring timely processing of customer orders, accurate invoicing, and efficient cash collection. This role is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and supporting revenue optimization efforts. This role acts as the single point of contact between the customer and OFI within the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
Create and handle contract management of the key account across all product portfolios.
Handle the purchase order management for the key accounts, aligning customers on weekly/monthly call-off volumes.
Coordinate with logistics and planning departments to confirm product availability and timely delivery to customers.
Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection, proactively working with customers on delays and disputes.
Work with finance and risk management teams to remove credit blocks detected during the process.
Prepare and send regular reports on order processing, invoicing, and cash collection status for the key account in the region.
Maintain a dashboard containing details about key accounts, OTIF, dragging volume, open sales orders, and shipped volume.
Proactively communicate with customers and agree on carry costs for holding inventory on dragged volume.
Manage documentation and database of tenders/quotes given to customers on our products.
Align with the commercial team on price fixation and amend contracts accordingly.
Work on improvements in customer service operations for the key account based on feedback received.
Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within the order to cash cycle.
Requirements:
Recognized degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in order to cash processes and related operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems handling order to cash operations.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
