This includes verifying that all financial data aligns with company guidelines and industry regulations. The financial statements include key reports like the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
  • Play an active role in developing and implementing the company's budget, conduct financial forecasting, and track the budget's performance to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to tax laws, participating in the preparation of tax filings, contributing to tax planning, implementing strategies to optimize tax liabilities, and minimizing associated risks.
  • Oversees the company's internal control processes, ensuring all financial activities meet legal and regulatory requirements. They also collaborate with external auditors and promptly resolve any audit findings.
  • assists in managing the accounting department, ensuring the team functions effectively and efficiently.
