**What the role is**
- You will join AGD’s Financial Operations and Systems Directorate which spearheads and implements projects related to financial and centrally managed operational systems.
**What you will be working on**
- You will be involved in: - Supporting financial systems projects and enhancements such as o the implementation of the whole-of-government chart of accounts (COA) for Ministries and Statutory Boards, o migrating existing operational systems to Cloud solutions, etc;
- Supporting the change management process of major system projects and new major enhancements;
- Leading and designing the change management process of minor system projects’ - Other work that may be assigned e.g. financial reporting, reconciliations, managing helpdesk queries
**What we are looking for**
- Functional/Technical Competencies - Diploma in Accountancy - Excellent numeracy skills with high proficiency in using Microsoft Excel - Experience in project management or financial reporting will be an advantage Generic Competencies - Strong analytical, problem solving and good communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility and willingness to participate actively in various projects - Meticulous and good organisational skills; ability to multitask - High level of initiative - Team player with positive working attitude and a strong mindset for learning and growth Employment Type - Contract, 2 years with option to extend for another 1 year You will be notified whether you have been shortlisted within 4 weeks from the closing date of this job posting.
