Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**What this job involves:**As a Program Delivery Coordinator – Meetings and Events at JLL supporting the Client's Meetings & Events Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting the Assistant Program Manager in the coordination and execution of corporate meetings and events while ensuring seamless delivery of events by managing logistics, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks. This comprehensive program delivery coordination role combines event management expertise with administrative excellence, requiring you to assist in the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events (in-person and virtual) while coordinating event logistics including ticket intake, venue booking, catering, audio-visual setup and attendee registration. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to exceptional event delivery by serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event participants while liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment where you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure.**What your day-to-day will look like:*** Assist in planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special events (in-person and virtual) while ensuring seamless delivery* Coordinate event logistics including ticket intake, venue booking, catering, audio-visual setup and attendee registration with attention to detail* Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event participants while maintaining professional communication* Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables with organizational excellence* Provide on-site or virtual event support including setup, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement as needed during events* Maintain accurate event records, documentation, and post-event reports while supporting Assistant Program Manager responsibilities* Support Client Meetings & Events Service Delivery team with administrative tasks and vendor coordination capabilities* Work flexible hours including evenings or weekends during peak event periods while managing multiple event priorities.**Required Qualifications:*** 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, meeting planning, or similar program delivery role with strong multitasking abilities* Experience working with both in-person and virtual event formats with excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in dynamic environment with flexibility for extended hours* Understanding of event logistics coordination including ticket intake, venue booking, catering, and audio-visual setup* Knowledge of attendee registration processes with point of contact capabilities for stakeholders, vendors, and participants* Experience liaising with cross-functional teams for alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables* Ability to provide on-site or virtual event support including setup, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement* Understanding of accurate event records maintenance, documentation, and post-event reports preparation.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field with comprehensive event coordination knowledge* Experience supporting Assistant Program Manager or similar leadership role in meetings and events coordination* Knowledge of corporate meetings and events planning and execution with seamless delivery capabilities* Understanding of Client Meetings & Events Service Delivery environment with fast-paced coordination experience* Background in stakeholder communications and vendor coordination with administrative tasks management* Experience with peak event periods management including evenings or weekends work flexibility* Knowledge of meetings, conferences, and special events coordination with both in-person and virtual formats* Understanding of highly organized, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills in dynamic environment.**Location: On-site****What you can expect from us:*** You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where we succeed together – across the desk and around the globe* Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your ambitions in career, recognition, wellbeing, benefits and pay* Join us to develop your strengths and enjoy a fulfilling career full of varied experiences.
