Franchisee Product Development Executive (Malayalam preferred)

The Franchisee Product Development Manager is responsible for ensuring product consistency, innovation, and compliance across franchise locations. This role involves developing a structured Franchise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and building an effective Franchisee Organizational Structure to support business scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Market Adaptation: Develop and refine products/services to align with brand standards and market demands. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure franchisees remain competitive.
  • Franchise Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development: Define core business processes, establish quality control measures, develop training modules, standardize operational guidelines, and provide crisis management plans.
  • Franchisee Structure Development: Create a blueprint for franchisee roles, support systems, onboarding processes, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaboration & Training: Work closely with franchisees, conduct training sessions, and develop continuous improvement frameworks.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Development, or Franchise Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product development, supply chain, or franchise operations.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models, SOP creation, and multi-unit operations.
  • Experience in quality control, vendor management, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to support franchisees effectively.
