**Our Opportunity**:
Sr. Manager, Franchise Profitability APAC is responsible for conducting financial analysis and forecasts regarding franchisee financial performance, as well as developing reports and presentations to the senior management team and franchisee senior management. The role includes conducting analysis and developing project plans to execute profitability initiatives in partnership with franchisee teams. Sr. Manager Franchise Profitability also supports monthly closing activities and interacts with several functional areas of the company and franchisees' team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Own and be accountable for the Franchise Profitability KPI for the Asia and Pacific region.
- Conduct in-depth profitability analyses and work with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects.
- Collect and analyze franchisee's financial information from country profitability teams and joint venture partners across the APAC.
- Ensure data collected is of high quality and managed in accordance with RBI's database structure.
- Prepare an assessment of the franchise's current performance and identify improvement opportunities at the corporate and restaurant level.
- Prepare reports and presentations for Leadership Team to provide updates and recommendations on achieving profitability targets.
- Interact with franchisee finance and operations teams to understand key challenges and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
- Develop strategies and processes to standardize profitability analytics across brands and regions.
- Establish best practices to be implemented across regional profitability teams.
- Supply regional development teams with insights/intelligence to help accelerate the pace of growth.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on franchisee profitability and funding.
- Manage a team of 1 - 2 analysts.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
- **Minimum of 4-5 years of field-related experience in a similar role.**:

- **Fluency in English, both written and spoken.**:

- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Tableau is needed.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Self-starter with the ability and desire to learn the business and troubleshoot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and organized thinking process.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
